Please read these terms carefully before applying to or enrolling in any Daleel Academy course.

1. About the Course

Daleel Academy offers a structured, one-year Arabic learning program designed for Urdu-speaking students, delivered through recorded lessons, weekly live classes, quizzes, and community support via WhatsApp. The course is divided into modules, each building on the previous one.

2. Enrollment Process

Enrollment follows this process: submit an application → complete payment → receive login details and course access → join the batch WhatsApp group → begin once the batch starts. Access to course materials is granted only after payment is confirmed.

3. Payments

  • Payment is processed through our payment partner, Rapid Gateway, in PKR.

  • For overseas students, listed USD pricing is converted to a fixed PKR amount at the time of enrollment and will not change due to currency fluctuations during your enrollment period.

  • Students may choose between a monthly payment plan or a lump-sum per-module payment, as presented on the enrollment page.

  • Monthly payments are not auto-charged. Reminders will be sent via the batch WhatsApp group and/or email ahead of each due date. It is the student’s responsibility to complete payment on time to maintain access.

  • If payment is not received within a reasonable grace period after the due date, course access may be paused until payment is completed.

4. Scholarships / Reduced Payment

We offer flexibility for students who are unable to pay the full listed price. If you require this, please reach out to us directly during the application process — such arrangements are handled individually and confidentially.

5. Course Access & Conduct

  • Login credentials are for your personal use only and may not be shared with others.

  • Access to course materials, including recorded lessons, is provided for personal learning purposes only. Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of course materials is not permitted.

  • WhatsApp group participation is expected to remain respectful and on-topic. We reserve the right to remove any participant who behaves disruptively or disrespectfully toward instructors or fellow students.

6. Live Classes & Instructors

Weekly live classes may be conducted by instructors from our teaching team, who may not necessarily be the same individual who created the recorded lesson content. Course quality and structure remain consistent regardless of which instructor leads a given live session.

7. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to our separate Refund Policy, available on our website, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Changes to the Course

We may occasionally make reasonable adjustments to course scheduling, instructors, or materials to maintain or improve quality. Core course structure and commitments will not be changed without reasonable notice to enrolled students.

9. Limitation of Liability

Daleel Academy provides educational content in good faith and to the best of our ability. We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes, as these depend significantly on individual effort and consistency. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of our services, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for students who violate these terms, including sharing login credentials, redistributing course materials, or disruptive conduct, without refund in such cases.
